PIA Islamabad district manager stated this, while addressing award distribution ceremony here on Thursday. The reception was also attended by PIA Rawalpindi District Manager Noman A Shah, Tour Promotion Manager Azhra Sultan, Ticket Officer Manager Kamran Nawazish and other officers of the twin cities.
He said PIA has achieved the sale target of up to Rs 4.30 billion this year and the new target for the next year will also be achieved through the co-operation of travel agents. He appreciated the efforts of the travel agents and said that their co-operation is essential for the development of the airline.
He said PIA is determined not only to provide latest facilities of international standards to the passengers, but also resolve the problems of the travel agents regarding booking of seats. He said the airline is introducing e-Ticketing and Award Plus Schemes.
Tour Promotion Manager Azhra Sultan said Air Safari would be started from January 1 on each Sunday from Islamabad. She asked the travel agents to cooperate with the PIA.-PR
